This Easter my boys were both sick. Cole was feeling better today, but Chris was still very uncomfortable.

"The Greats"

On our way home, we went to Grandma (Coles Great Grandma) and Aunt Nancy's (Coles Great Aunt Nancy) house. Grandma and Aunt Nancy surprised us with a yummy yummy taco lunch. The baby had fun crawling around and playing with his new toy that they got for him for his birthday. You could tell the two were ol' pros with handling little ones.

We went to Sarasota on Sunday - the same day Jason went home. We wanted to get in a visit before we leave for Utah. Mom and Dad will be watching Buddy for us while we are there, so Buddy was able to go over for an extended stay. Daniel, Louisa, Emma, and Ava came over for dinner. Cole and Cousin Ava got in some play time...

Chris Home/JT Visit

These pictures were taken the weekend Chris came home for good from Michigan. It was the weekend before St. Patricks Day. Our friend Jason Terreri came in for the weekend from Peachtree City, Georgia. Chris, Jason and some of their friends enjoyed an alumni golf game and some time by the pool in the sun. I didnt get any pictures of the golf game, but I did get a couple of pictures of the cutest doggy and cutest baby!

Lovey

I know I mentioned his "lovey" in an earlier post, but to bring my point home I had to take and post this picture. Again, before he even touches his mattress, he is arching his back looking for this bunny and reaching for it. When he is able to hold his bunny, he holds it out in front of him and looks at it and laughs and waves it about and pulls it close to him and repeats this ritual a few times. Right before I took this picture, he had is arm draped over it, then apparently had a dream, grabbed the bunny ear and stuck his thumb in his mouth. All I can say is I hope we never lose this bunny...Im not sure what the state of things would be if this happened (yikes!). I have added other stuffed creatures to the crib hoping it would ease the obsession, but no dice, the bunny prevails.

This may be from Chris, because my Mom said I never had a favorite toy or blanket type thing. My Mom also said Cole is nothing like me as far as personality when I was a baby and so he may have more of Chris' traits in general......whew! Thank God!
