Belly O' Baby

Here are some pics of my giant belly at 19 weeks and some change.

Another Day at the Office

As I have mentioned in previous posts, Chris will sometimes take Cole to his work office on Saturday mornings to give mommy a break. Cole usually explores things while Chris works. He seems to enjoy this vibrating chair lately and his love for it is accentuated due to the remote control attachment. We don't have pictures of this, but another funny thing he did during this trip to work was take out the DNA energy drinks out of the package and put them in the DNA cooler - which was his own idea....funny. Oh yeah, and the fish, the fish tanks in the office are a hugh hit with him. He looks at the fish and laughs and points then opens the cabinet below and examines and touches the pipes that run the tank....hmmm.

Anyway, after going to work, we went to the grocery store and Cole received this balloon which he walked around with for 2 full days. Very cute.

I could get used to this!

Baby Girl!

Here are some ultrasound pics at 12 weeks and 19 weeks gestation. On Aug. 18 we found out we are having a girl! Chris says he knew all along. He is happy to be having a girl, but I think he is even more happy he was right about the gender;) I am very excited to be having a girl, too! A couple of days before the ultrasound I started to have strong feelings it was a girl because everything about this pregnancy is polar opposite from my first. I would have been shocked if it were a boy again because it has been so different this time. I also can't wait to go shopping for all the cute little girly things!

19 weeks with mouth open and ready to start talking already...her and Cole will be marathon talkers ;D

Grandma visits the fam...

A couple of weeks ago my mom came to visit us for a week. She spoiled us, spoiled us! That is, until something she picked up on the plane caught up with her and she was under the weather for a few days and then Cole caught whatever she had. It was still a very fun time with lots of shopping and talking going on. She had a GREAT time with Cole doing all sorts of fun things with him.

Memaw reading me my night time books...

We took Grandma to sushi for her birthday. It was my first time eating sushi. I think I liked it more than she did so we made up for it by going for some Cold Stone afterward. Ice cream is yummy, too!

After sushi...and a sneak peak belly pic ;D

Off to swim lessons!

Grandma and grandpa got me my first bike. It's too big for me, so I'll just figure out how these wheels work 'til my legs grow longer.

Check out my new jammy diggs - also compliments of Grandma and Grandpa.

This thing has wheels on it, too!

Hey, you guys turned yellow!

If this thing squirts water at me ONE MORE TIME....

Beach Day

Chris took the baby to work today for a couple of hours and when they got home we decided to get out of the house and enjoy the beautiful weather. I'm really glad we did, I had a great time. The boys really seemed to enjoy themselves, too. The water was a nice clear blue and a perfect temperature so I could get in and cool off. There was also a slight breeze which made it perfect.

Once upon a time, there was an evil credit card.....

Yesterday Cole was trucking around the house quite excitedly while holding a mystery object. When I discovered what it was - Chris' credit card, we tried to get it from him. Apparently, he had already grown an unhealthy attachment to it as he ran from us each time we reached for the card. We thought maybe it might be time to insert some money skill lessons into his bedtime stories ;D

Morning Stroll

Cole followed Chris out the door on his way to work, so Chris walked him around and down the sidewalk a little.
