Scary.....Kangaroo???

For Halloween Chris and Cole were an Austrailian Outback Hunter and a Kangaroo, respectively. Mommy was a photographer, dog handler, and candy distributer for Halloween ;)

We did not go trick or treating, but everyone was doting over the cutie pie pair when we passed out candy.

Fun Fact: Chris' outfit (jacket and hat) is an authentic Austrailian hunting jacket and hat that he bought while visiting there with his dad about 7 years ago (a fishing trip for his graduation). It was an easy choice when deciding what Cole would be for Halloween this year as Chris is always talking about Austrailia and how he wants to go back.

I'M the hunter NOW!

Scaaaaaaaaaary cute!

Notice Buddy is smiling, too:)

We like a meatier kangaroo...

Successful hunt!

Teefs and Feets :)

Almost as soon as Cole had a "toof," he had "teefs." The second tooth popped up the next day it seemed!

The latest is that Cole has found his feet in the last couple of days and seems to enjoy these new toys of his!

Fun fact: Cole has red hair (maybe you can tell in this picture). It seems to be the same color as Chris' beard and I'm told Cole's great grandpa had the same shade of red hair as Cole:)

Meme and Pepe Visit

The same Sunday that Cara and Jason left for home, Chris' parents came over for a couple of days. I have really enjoyed the company this week and hopefully we will continue to get more and more visitors! Here are a couple of pictures of our trip to the beach.........

Florida Tech Alumni Weekend 2007

This past weekend was alumni weekend for Florida Tech. The Terreri's usually come down for the weekend. We have added entertainment now that we have kids. Evan, Cole and Buddy did some bonding...

Softball Not Soft

Softball season for Chris and friends began this last couple of weeks. At the first game, Chris, as he must have been keeping his eye on the ball, got hit in the chin with a renegade softball. That night he had a ping pong size lump on his chin and has an annoying ringing in his ear ever since! Although I didn't get any pictures of the game and impending injuries, I got plenty of the cute babies!

Head to Toe in a-vo-ca-DO

Today Cole turns 6 mos! I don't feel like the time has gone by quickly as some people feel it does and Im glad for that.

We started Cole on solids today (avocado)for the first time. It would have seemed awkward to start him very much earlier as he didn't really seem ready. He is now able to hold his head up and sit up better with support. I also noticed in the last couple of days he would watch me intently as I ate...so today is the day...check out our pictures of the event.

puttin' the milk away, time for some real food...

wait, where'd the milk go?? what's goin' on here?

Toof!

So it was one of the 3 thousand times I go to check on Cole when he goes to sleep for the night and I realized he had spit up quite a bit in his bed. I gave the baby to Chris to change his shirt while I changed the sheets. Chris called me back into the room in a hurry up fashion. He looked up at me with big proud eyes and said, "he has a tooth!" We were so surprised, thrilled and proud that we kept him up way past his bedtime with our fingers in his mouth feeling his tooth. It is the bottom middle tooth on the right.
