Park in the Morning
This last Friday, Cole and I went to the park since his swimming lesson was cancelled for the day. It was a nice, cool, breezy day thankfully. I always like to get to the park early because after like 9:30 it is HOT. Cole really enjoyed the park this time, too. He confidently played on and explored the available jungle gyms. A few other kids his age showed up and he shared and played appropriately with the other kids. He saw one kid his age go down the slide by himself and Cole then wanted to go down the slide, too. Then Cole saw some squirrels which he chased for quite some time. Buddy doesn't chase squirrels, so I know he came up with this behavior all by himself:) It was a great day at the park.

I was on the computer trying to write a 10 page paper and I thought I needed a break. I always take out some time to check out your blog and I'm so glad I did. Cole looks like he is having a great day and I wish I was there to push him on the swing. He looks like he has grown some. Tell him Memaw loves him and I'll see you at Xmas.
